---- YOU MUST LIVE NEAR 22310 ---- I am doing a bathroom remodel and need some help on Friday of this week, plus a few hours here and there over the next month, so you must live near to the 22310 zip code. Work hours are 10am-6pm this Friday. Guaranteed $240 even if you finish early. Most of the job is carrying stuff up and down stairs. 30-75 lbs. Probably 50 trips. The bathroom is on the third floor of a townhouse. The other big part of the job is being careful. Moving a lot of stuff through a person’s home means being sure not to cause any damage to floors, walls, or anything else. Friday I’ll be doing demo on the bathroom, so we will work together removing the tub, vanity, and maybe breaking some tile. All the waste needs to be carried down to the street and loaded into my truck. And I do mean carried. No getting lazy and dragging a bag of tile to scratch up the floor (if you are the type of person who can’t believe I have to say that, then you are the person I’m looking for).
