ELECTRICIANS, PLUMBERS, HVAC MECHANICS NEEDED ASAP!! We are currently looking for contract workers to support our growing renovation and service company. We perform home renovations and service work in the Maryland, DC, and Virginia area (Residential and Commercial). HVAC Mechanics: Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications Wire both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in residences Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment Receive, verify and load all equipment and materials needed for each job Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job Perform service calls on and off hours Must have tools and truck Plumber: Residential and Light Commercial Service work Residential plumbing renovation Drain cleaning and inspecting Snake Drains, Camera lines, etc. Water service and sewer replacement Must have tools and truck Electrician: Perform emergency service call Skilled in residential electrical renovation Identify electrical problem areas on-site that need replacement or repair Perform repair or replace wiring when necessary Troubleshoot and ensure that the electrical system is working properly before leaving client location Maintain and store tools and equipment properly Able to complete panel replacements and hook up all equipment to code Able to make connections to any device or lighting fixture Must have tools and truck
