SCOTTSDALE, AZ — Scottsdale Unified School District board president Jann-Michael Greenburg is accused of keeping a dossier on parents who have been openly critical of the district, the Associated Press reported. The district announced Friday that it would hire a forensic investigator to find out if any district resources were used in the creation of the Google Drive documents that Greenburg accidentally shared with parents, Fox 10 reported. A special school board meeting is set for 6 p.m. Monday, where the board is set to discuss Greenburg's possible resignation and the election of a new board president, according the meeting agenda. Greenburg's father, Mark Greenburg, reportedly created the dossier but Jann-Michael Greenburg shared it, the Arizona Republic reported. The dossier includes things like screenshots of Facebook conversations where parents discussed their opposition to critical race theory and masking to prevent the spread of COVID-19, according to the Arizona Republic report. The Scottsdale Police Department announced Saturday that it would investigate the claims against Greenburg. Parents and community members are circulating a petition calling for Greenburg's resignation or termination, according to Fox 10.
