WASHINGTON, DC — A recent study reveals what has been a consistent problem in Alabama: the state ranks among the most overweight and obese states in the country. Financial wellness website WalletHub released its report Monday on 2021's Most Overweight & Obese States in America, and Alabama ranks fifth among the most overweight states in the nation.
