Photo studio-share looking for one more person!

Hi there! We have an opening in our studio-share that we are looking to fill. Hardwood floors, 3 east facing windows, it’s a fun creative space in a fun creative building, the Q.arma Building in NE Mpls. Rent is $250 per month, with a deposit, and 60-day notice so I have plenty of time to find a new renter if needed. Typically people stay for years so that doesn’t happen that often! The space is 670 sq. ft., and there is a hallway/gallery located next to the studio that also can be used as another shooting area. I have included some photos of that space along with the round sink area, which can also be used to photograph in. We typically rent to other photographers, but other mediums have worked as well in the past, although we like to keep the main space clean so that it can be used for shooting. I am the primary renter, (Jayme, hi!), and I am here during the days during the week that I’m not shooting, working on my computer. The other main renter just had a child, so he’s not in as much, SO, things could be spread out for a bit, but we generally like to keep it cleared out so people can shoot if needed, but we can all communicate about that. We use a google calendar to schedule studio use, and the building is open 24/7. Let me know if you have any questions, the person leaving is paying through Dec. but you can come in any time before that, otherwise Jan. 1st is what we are looking to fill.
