2:30-2:40 pm 11-15-21. Pomeranian or Papillion type dog. Blond small dog madly running center of road on west alameda going in direction of Bob/Camino Alaire...I was in my vehicle coming off of Rincon de Torrean...caught up to it around Bob( it stopped as some little dogs across the street were barking )... then it bolted to run back into the other direction from around Bob in direction of Moore, Rincon etc (still in middle of street). It was out of sight by time I was able to turn around. I called animal control dispatch at time.
