need gutter reattached, it is leaning down

Description

The gutter on my house has become unattached on one side to it is angled down where it detached. This causes the water to just fill and pour out on the left rather than going down the gutter on the right. Need you to fix this. Will need to check that it works by spraying some water and making sure it works. Let me know your experience $80 or send your estimate
