Investor/partner wanted to help with a pre existing property that I own. I own several multi family properties throughout the Merrimack Valley. I have 1 in particular that I am looking for 1 person to come on board as an investor to help with renovation costs, and in exchange I would give the related percentage of money invested into shares of ownership that would produce great monthly revenue.
