Need kitchen and family room ceiling made paint ready and painted. Hired handyman, (who I thought was a licensed contractor), did not sand smoothly areas immediately near new kitchen cabinets and around new recessed lighting, so I need to hire someone else to prep and paint. The cabinets are empty as well as the room minus the tv, a couch and a kitchen island so fairly simple to maneuver in work area. I will supply paint. Must have own drop cloths etc., and clean up work area prior to leaving. Project can be completed on Friday 19 Nov, Saturday, 20 Nov or Sunday, 21 Nov. ***Pay is negotiable as long as amount collected is in accordance with the California Business and Professional (CSLB) Code.
