I need a handyman to help with condo + Install a dedicated 20 AMP breaker switch into panel + Install wiring and switch to attic (panelboard to attic through wall and or floor) with switch, can remove drywall as needed. + Replace outlets in kitchen with GFI + Inspect and repair sheet metal duct @ range hood flue in remote attic location + Assorted finish texture and drywall repair + Spread some gravel @ rear yard with shovel ( optional) Location is near Gabriel Park.
