1. I have a crew scheduled to install new windows on a rental property in Macon off of Edna Place near Home Depot. The window job starts at 9am on Wed 11/17. I need someone there at 8am on the 17th to remove the blinds and the brackets from the window frames and then back on site later same day to put the blinds back up after the job is done. You need to save the brackets, screws, etc and I can pay you to pickup new anchors. $50 for this job 2. More help I need for the same property is a drawer face fell off the drawer. 4 small L brackets should do the trick there. I'll pay for those too. $10 for this job 3. Same property, some of the paint is peeling off the walls. Take a look and give me a quote to fix it. I am out of state or I would do this myself so you have to be able to accept electronic payment (cashapp, zelle, paypal, etc). The entire property is no smoking, you MUST wear a mask and obviously timing is important for this job. If you're late and you impact the tenants or the contractors it will impact your pay.
