Need to remove large stump asp

I need to remove a large stump today or tomorrow. The preferable method is the dig around and cut it, but if you have stump grinder that will work too. The tree itself was 23 inches in diameter, the stump with roots is probably around 30-35 inches. Please submit your bid.
