Description
Looking to hire a regular punch out person to support in job close out and warranty work. We have regular work available and competitive pay. Position would be on a project by project basis and paid by the project and professional experience. Looking to have a regular punch-out person for up to 25 jobs/year.
Expectations:
- Highly skilled in carpentry, caulking, and painting. Additional trades preferred.
- 10+ years of construction experience.
- Own your own tools.
- Have a reliable means of transportation.
- Have a working phone and internet access.
- Ability to take a before and after photo of work completed.
- Show up on time and complete work to a satisfactory manner.
- Clean up after themselves on a job site.
- Be respectful of homeowners and neighbors.
- Read and write in English. Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
