Local business based in Taylor seeking a motivated machine operator. We are a small but mighty team that manufactures outdoor furniture covers. We are willing to train the right person, so please submit your resume! Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain digital fabric cutting machine and peripheral hardware, including pattern program • Load fabric rolls onto machine • Remove cut pieces from machine in an efficient and accurate manner • Cleaning and prepping of manufacturing area • Tracking and managing raw material inventory • Attach grommets to finished goods • Other job duties as assigned Skills for success: • Familiar with fabric manufacturing • Experience with Eastman digital cutter • Knowledge and experience with grommet machines • Garment manufacturing and warehousing experience Required skills and abilities • Can do attitude • High school degree • Able to lift 75 pounds • Able to stand for a few hours at a time • Must be dependable • Must be able to communicate effectively • Must be able to take direction and instructions well • Must be able to maintain regular, punctual attendance Schedule • Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Benefits: • 401(K)Matching • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Paid time off • All new hires will experience a 60-day introductory period before access to benefits.
