The groundskeeper maintains the cleanliness of the property. This includes recreational and pool areas, laundry and mail rooms and the dumpster area. It also includes walkways, areas outside the office and the grounds adjacent to the road. Our aim is to keep our property litter free.
The groundskeeper/porter will also support the maintenance team.
Basic cleaning and janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.
