Full Time Maintenance Position (St. Clair County)
Residential Property Management Company in search of hardworking, dependable, self-motivated individual for Mobile Home Communities in Port Huron and Marysville.
Requirements:
-Mobile Home Maintenance experience a plus
-Must have a basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical
-Some Appliance repair required(stove, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal)
-HVAC knowledge is a plus
-Must have basic tools....more provided as needed
-Experience with faucets, door lock repair/replacement and some carpentry needed
-Highly motivated and organized
-Perform unit turnovers quickly and efficiently
-Ability to communicate with residents and co-workers professionally
-Must be willing to perform and respond to Emergency On-Call
-A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
-Additional duties as requested by management.
