Commercial Property Management company seeking a technician for general building and grounds maintenance. We manage retail and office properties from Everett to Burien. Daily routine will include driving company truck to multiple properties where you will perform grounds maintenance and basic building maintenance. Candidates must be organized and able to follow a schedule. Clean driving record is required. Daily Tasks might include: Grounds Maintenance Tasks - Mowing (mostly parking strips) - Blowing leaves etc - Light Weeding and Pruning - Pressure Washing Porter Tasks - Some garbage pick up around properties - Empty some garbage cans and re-line. - Move dumpsters or cans to street. - Occasional dump runs Building Maintenance - Light painting - Vacant Unit Turnover - clean up, remove junk, fix door handles, replace deadbolts, etc. - Light plumbing - fix or replace faucet, toilet repair, etc. - Replace light bulbs or ballasts. - Light carpentry - build a small fence, or garbage enclosure, etc. - Commercial roof and gutter cleaning
