The New Mexico BioPark Society has immediate openings for part-time Park & Ride Attendants for River of Lights. We are looking for dependable, customer service-oriented people who are able to work evenings during the holiday season. • Location: ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden / BioPark Zoo • Compensation: $12.00 / hour • This is a part-time job with the hours of 4:30 to 10 p.m. • Must be able to work most evenings in December This position involves: • Assisting visitors getting on and off buses • Providing excellent customer service • Being friendly and courteous to all riders • Being flexible with schedule • Being able to work with little supervision • Handling emergency situations in a calm, rational manner • Assisting unhappy visitors in a calm/pleasant manner • Working outside and standing in the cold Rundown of Duties: • Customer Service • Nightly Set-Up/breakdown Equipment: o Move equipment bins to/from storage o Distribute P&R directional signs (A-frames) o Propane Heater ~ Principals only.
