Here at Webfoot Painting, the hunt is on for a Seriously Great Siding Crew Leader to help our teams succeed as a national leader in the painting & home improvement industry. Throughout the year, our teams build new decks, install interior trim, replace siding, repair decks and railings, build custom built-ins of all sorts, and do a variety of building repairs. This role will be responsible for managing project schedules efficiently, coordinating and running jobs effectively, and leading a small team to execute tasks and duties successfully. Minimum Requirements: Must have 3 years verifiable siding experience Must have 2 years verifiable crew leader/supervisory experience Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must be customer service oriented Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal Must be excited to learn and grow with us as we expand into new markets Apply today!
