We are looking for a Night Leader for Blackfoot Schools; you will be leading the custodial staff to provide exceptional service for the school. This is a position that will give you weekends off! In this position you will: Perform Quality control inspections Train employees in standard operating procedures Show Excellent interpersonal skills Be a great ambassador for the company with our client DON'T WAIT - APPLY NOW: Job Requirements: • Ability to stand, bend and lift to 50 pounds • Be able to work well with others - performing customer service responsibilities and training your team to provide great customer service • Accountable for your team completing assigned tasks on time • Lead your team to complete all job duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and cleaning spills – as well as any other custodial duties Schedule: Monday – Friday; 3 pm – 11:30 pm There will be room for advancement in this position.
