6 month old German Shepard mix

As much as i hate to do it seeming I’ve had him since 9 weeks old. We are moving and can’t take him with us. He is 6 months old and is to be a German Shepard mix. He has had all his shots and has been flea treatment monthly and has been dewormed. I’m asking for at least 200$ bc I’ve spent close to 400$ on him with all his vet visit. He is crate trained. House trained. And is so good with kids. A little hyper but normal in puppy’s. Love outside being able to run and he is gunna be a big boy. I want him to find the next best for his forever home. My 3 year old is in love with him but we just have to do it.
