I need a licensed engineer to check a condo that I am purchasing because I noticed that the floors are uneven and look like they are sagging so I need to know exactly what is going on and what kind of problem it is. I need someone for Thursday of this week. There are carpets in the floors all through out. The apartment is a first floor apartment. Underneath is a broiler room. Please be reasonable as to what you will charge. Thank you.
