Recuse? This Beagle needs a good home

His name is Charlie. He loves cuddling with us under blankets. He loves to give kisses and hugs. He is super sweet but doesn’t like to where a collar at all. The home before would have them on super tight and pull him around. His personality changes when he has a collar on. We have a fenced in yard so he isn’t made to where one. He has been to two home and returned back to us. He also became food agressive in the other two homes and that has changed completely he doesn’t have that anymore. He was born from our personal pet beagles. He’s super sweet but super rotten. He likes to try and be in charge and fights with his dad a lot. Three dogs is a little too much for me. He is aggressive with other dogs. He loves his parents but isn’t friendly to random dogs. He’s kind of a jerk. Since he was a puppy, he was the one with an attitude. We called him Mr. Attitude.
