paintings and notebook found in bosque

Walking in the bosque by Tingley Beach (on 11/11/2021) I found a pile of abandoned stuff with a notebook lying on the pile. I opened it and it belongs to a school age girl. There was a pile of paintings, signed by the same person. I imagine the items were stolen from the owner and dumped with some other stuff in the woods. I want to get the items to the owner if possible, but hesitate to use the person's name. There was a "hello kitty" painting among the paintings, a notebook belonging to same person (initials E.V.), a book on Women's History", and a little collage.
