Growing metro area Property Management company, Mauzy Properties, seeking additional team members to aid in the repair and maintenance of our rental homes and apartments. We are seeking awesome people who are mechanically inclined and are eager to learn about all the aspects of rental home and multifamily maintenance. Company provided vehicle, iPhone, tools and ongoing training. Generous benefit plan with health insurance, paid vacation and PTO. **$2,000 Stay-on Bonus after 1 year of employment** We are looking for general maintenance/project technicians with experience or willing to learn (we will train): REQUIRED: Valid drivers license, clean driving record and background. PREFERRED: Live in the Twin Cities area DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS include but not limited to: - Perform routine maintenance such as replacing batteries, bulbs, filters, locks, and caulking etc. - Perform appliance diagnostic and perform necessary repairs. - Perform minor adjustments on plumbing, HVAC systems, fixtures and similar items. - Perform remodeling tasks such as painting, flooring, tile, basic carpentry and sheetrock to name a few. - Perform duties in company's Preventative Maintenance program. - Maintain a clean and professional work area while on-site at different properties. - Report major repair needs to our Maintenance Personager for outsourcing. - Assist with rental property transitions. - Perform condition and safety inspections on properties as needed.
