The Arc of the Quad Cities Area is hiring Direct Support Professionals for the Day Program as well as the Residential program. The locations of these positions are in Moline, Rock Island and Davenport. The Arc of the Quad Cities has been serving the greater Quad Cities area since 1952. Shift Availability: • 2nd & 3rd shift; full-time and part-time Job Duties: • Give direct care to individuals – assisting with showers, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, etc. • Run programs, and activities for individuals in the day program or residential setting • Ensure individuals are taken care of properly • Assist with housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and doctors appointments for residents Job Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license • Ability to lift 50 pounds • At least 19 years old • Comfortable with performing personal care on clients Apply today if you are a compassionate, reliable team player!
