Conduct inspections, testing and sampling for residential and commercial buildings. Training provided but an understanding of building construction, plumbing and electrical a plus. Good communications and customer skills a must. Part-time 15-25 hours per week, choose your own hours. Perfect for retired tradesmen, building maintenance professionals, home inspectors, etc.
