Sweet 8 month old Cat for Adoption

I helped out a friend and am currently fostering this sweet 8 month old cat, rescued from a tent under a bridge in Portland. I call her Scootscoot but I figure her new owner will rename her. She was deydrated and very skinny when I scooped her up, but I have had her a few weeks and she is putting on weight. She is shy but very friendly and wants to be playful she has just never been able to. She can be vocal at times and purrs a lot. She enjoys laying on beds or cat trees and being petted, and likes to watch TV. She would love to find her forever home or would be a great barn cat. She enjoys being outside on my balcony and gets along with all of my cats here. There is a small rehoming fee but I am in no way trying to profit. I just need food for other cats I am fostering.
