Judge Development Corp., a property manager with properties in South Burlington and Williston, is accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Technician. RESPONSIBILITIES: This position reports to the Assistant Property Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of commercial properties. Must possess basic maintenance skills to include knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair and HVAC preferred. This position also includes sidewalk snow removal and other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of trades related to building maintenance and repair as well as knowledge of machinery, equipment, and tools necessary for the maintenance and repair of buildings. Must possess a valid Vermont driver's license with a good driving record and have reliable transportation to South Burlington every day. Must be reliable, committed and be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and tenants. A clean and neat appearance is a must. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Minimum of HS Diploma or equivalent, Technical or Trade school preferred yet not required. 2 years previous experience in property management or equivalent field is preferred. Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug-screening. HOURS: Full-time Monday - Friday. Must be available off-hours emergency calls on rotation and occasional overtime.
