ISO The Right Dog[Knowledge Needed]

I'm a 28 year old active high energy man looking for a hardy adventurous dog. I just bought a small home with a reasonable sized fully fenced backyard. Ideally this dog would love joining me whether it be hiking, hunting, jogging, swimming, etc. A good rough and tumble companion. I would consider myself a more dominant individual. I have lots of experience with different animals and unruly temperaments. I've trained horses, worked with livestock, and manage a dog daycare. A breed that isn't easily fearful would be preferred so they can join me on job sites. There are a lot of different breeds and mixes out there, I just want to be sure I'm pairing myself with the right one. Have a direction to point me in? Let me know. It'd be greatly appreciated.
