Forming a musicians collective of sorts

Howdy! 39 year old guitar player looking to put find similarly aged musicians to either play covers and/or develop original material. Will look to rent a rehearsal space when we have a consistent line up. I do imagine a collective or sorts, in which members (who pay a share of the rehearsal space rent) can use the jam space for their own projects. I would plan to put together an open jam night as well, where folks can just show up and jump in wherever they’d like, allowing musicians to network. Ages 21+ would be welcome. For now, let’s decide on 2-3 covers, meet up at Fort Knox of Music Garage and see how it goes. Guitarists, vocalists, drummers, keys, bass, all welcome regardless of skill level or experience. Absolute beginners are welcome to come and sit in and learn. My primary areas of musical interest are punk, grunge, indie, folk, classic rock, 90s alternative, etc. Let’s see if we can get a cool thing going that we can build on over time!
