Panel builder will mount all the components, such as circuit breakers, contractors, motor starters, and PLC components into the panel according to the approved layout. Once this is complete, the components are neatly wired utilizing wire way and landed on terminal blocks. Panels will be installed into enclosures and will be powered up for final testing. After test is complete, enclosure will be crated up and shipped.
Responsibilities:
· Assemble parts or units, and position, align, and fasten units to assemblies, subassemblies, or frames, using hand tools and power tools.
· Position, align, torque and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly.
· Connect cables, and wiring according to specifications.
· Attach name plates and mark identifying information on parts.
· Perform final inspection and package, prepare documentation for shipment in prebuilt crates.
· Drill, tap, ream, countersink, and spot-face bolt holes in parts, using cordless power drills.
· Work collaboratively with team members in a way that demonstrates our values of Respect, Responsibility, and Integrity.
· Stack Pallets and general Warehouse upkeep.
· Other duties as assigned.
