My dog is a 10 year old chihuahua named Scrappy but answers to wow wow. He had no collar cause he gets his toes stuck in it. He has grey facial hair and is very sweet. Not neutered. Lost near Wheatland and Cockrell Hill by the Family dollar, extra space storage and CVS area.
