Come join the University of Tennessee's Society of Women Engineers Chapter to experience what it is like to be an engineer for a day! Every year we host a one day event for elementary, middle & high school girls to learn & get excited about a career in STEM. This event includes fun experiments, laboratory tours & demos, and presentations on various engineering majors. Parents also get insight into the field of engineering at the University of Tennessee Tickle College of Engineering through a parent session! Come join UTK SWE for this fun day! - Price is per attendee. Parents attend for free and DO NOT need to purchase a ticket. - Parent Session is from 1:00 pm to 2:30pm via ZOOM. - Parking is available onsite. Parking passes will be handed out upon arrival. - Lunch is provided for children. - Event is for girls only. ***ONLY 100 TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE*** get yours while you can! Registration fee: $7 earlybird, $9 after December 31st. The deadline to register is February 22nd or ends when capacity is reached.
