Looking for a small crew, 2-3 person team to build small to medium sized patio enclosures. Most projects take 2-4 days to complete. Work consists of light framing (mostly 2x4 and 4x4 construction), light carpentry, paint prep, painting, roofing (typically polycarbonate and asphalt shingles) and installing wire mesh or screen material around enclosures. Team should be reliable, professional and have a good positive attitude. We strive to provide a fun, drama and stress-free environment. All we expect is that the work is completed with care and quality and that you take pride in your work. We will provide training and you will work with our team on a couple of projects to learn the process. Requirements: - Must have a good positive attitude, take direction well, and work well with others. - Reliable and professional as we work in other people's homes (99% exterior work). - Must have own transportation. - Be organized and able to keep the work site clean and safe. - Have your own basic tools. Some tools will be provided. You will need to know how to use circular saws, miter saw, air compressor, etc. If interested, please EMAIL (click "REPLY" above) with a brief description of yourself and your crew. For candidates that we are interested in, we will reach out and provide more information about our projects and can discuss compensation in more detail. Majority of our projects are in the Los Angeles area and sometimes Orange County, but we have completed projects from Santa Barbara to San Diego. For projects that are farther away, you will be compensated for travel time and hotel stay, if necessary. We have a lot of work and can keep you and your team busy.
