Help I'm stuck currently in Portland and not from here and don't really know anybody except the one friend i have who is in clackamas. I am stuck here outside am cold and have no way anywhere. Person i came here with literally took off and just left me. I would super appreciate it if anyone could help me out tonight as I am just cold and don't know where I'm at really. Thanks
