POSITION: Technician: Pressure Washing, Window Cleaning, and Gutter Cleaning * This is primarily an outside labor position that requires ladder experience and comfort with heights* COMPANY OVERVIEW: Advantage Pro Services is Houston's leading provider of pressure washing, window cleaning and gutter cleaning services. Our companies have been servicing the greater Houston area since 1999 with a focus on the customer experience and providing exceptional service. JOB SUMMARY: This position includes window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing. Applicants should have experience working on ladders and walking on rooftops. We're looking for highly motivated, honest, hardworking individuals who want to work with similarly motivated people. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: - Cleaning of windows, gutters and pressure washing - Upselling and recommending additional services to customers. - Vehicle responsibility and safety: Vehicle inventory and maintenance tracking. Responsible drive requirements (Seatbelt, hard braking, and speeding). - Job Performance Safety requirements: right shoes, ladder safety requirements. REQUIREMENTS: - Must be licensed to drive - Strong communication & customer service skills - Proven track record of 2 years of manual labor performing high-quality work. - 2 years of experience working on ladders. - Proven track-record (minimum 2-years) performing customer service. - Able to work Monday-Saturday - Must be okay working long hours. - Hard worker (mentally and physically) COMPENSATION: - Between $35,000 and $50,000+ - Health, Vision, Dental Insurance - Paid time off - 401K How to Apply?
