Gather at the time of the new moon for an intention setting ceremony held within the framework of a candlelit yin yoga practice. Yoga instructor and Guided Energy Medicine practitioner Emily Bean-McFaddin invites you to gather with her at the time of the new moon for candlelit yin yoga. Yin yoga is a slow, quiet, meditative practice that is perfect for this part of the lunar cycle. This gentle and nourishing practice includes an optional intention setting ritual and is crafted to harmonize your energy with the seasonal and astrological cycle at hand. All levels welcome, no prior experience needed. How to Prepare: Wear comfortable clothes you can easily stretch and move in. Most of the practice will be done seated or laying down on the floor.Bring a water bottle, journal and pen.Arrive 5 – 10 minutes early, to ensure you are checked-in and settled before the event begins.Studio props will be available for use, but if you prefer to bring your own please do.Space is limited to 9 participants. Masks are required for all indoor events. For the safety of all involved, please do not attend if you are feeling unwell. Emily Bean-McFaddin is a self-care expert with certifications in yoga, Nutritional Therapy and Guided Energy Medicine. She helps energetically sensitive women struggling with anxiety engage with their lives feeling calm, empowered and aligned. For over a decade she has worked with therapeutic nutritional and energetic protocols to release toxins, clear trauma and balance her sensitive energetic state. She’s gone from being clinically diagnosed with anxiety at age 16, to having solid energetic boundaries, feeling grounded in her interactions, and embracing her sensitivity as her biggest asset.
