Kick-off event for the annual Tips for Tots fundraiser in Salem, Oregon. Kick-off event for the annual Tips for Tots fundraiser that happens each December in Salem, Oregon. On Sunday, December 5TH, we will host the "TR Melton Memorial Race For The Rest Of Us 0.05 mile run" All proceeds go directly to Tips for Tots. The $40 buy-in gets you a marathon bib, custom made 0.05 sticker for the back of your car (26.2 who really cares? ;) ), donuts and beer midway through the race (gotta carb load) and the overwhelming joy of participating. $60 if purchasing two tickets at the same time. Maybe you don't want to run or can't make it that day. We are accepting donations and also offering an option to sponsor a runner who may not be able to afford the ticket price. This event is all about coming together as a community to help provide Christmas for families who are facing hardships during the holiday season. Hope to see you there!
