We give out bonuses for sales, Christmas and randomly for extra tasks (photos/ads for Facebook, hard workdays, just because and so on.). We have a Christmas party at the end of year, we also like to have regular off-site meetings with our team. We also have a monthly bonus package of $125/month for showing up on time, no call offs, no gate complaints and doing a good job.   You will enjoy vacation time! As a driver, you will have two weeks off every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. These are paid at 35 hours for the Team Leaders. If you need time off, we can give it to you, we just ask you give us as much heads up as possible.   You will enjoy leadership training! An audiobook library will be provided for you with lots of content about leadership, business, marketing, sales, finance and so on. Growing our people is one of our goals as a company. After you have successfully completed 90 days with Pinellas Premium, you will enjoy a $100 toward anything at Lowes on us!   Do you naturally take a leadership role?   Team Leader Job description: Make sure all accounts on your route are up to standards of senior leaders and customers. Watching over 1 team member under you (will have more under you as company grows). Being involved in the growth and profits of your route (management will be closely involved and provide any resources needed to accomplish goals). Communication with management about needs of you/your helper/the rig and route, client requests/complaints, and any damages that need to be addressed. Other duties as assigned.
