Team Lead: A Spray-Net Tampa Bay Team Leader leads, motivates, and directs a team to achieve goals that contribute to the growth and success of the business. The paint technicians will work closely with Production, Ownership and Clients, to ensure we deliver on our commitments. Must have +2 years’ experience working in home improvement or related field. Hourly starting range: $20 - $23 / hour : Paint Technician: A Spray-Net Tampa Bay Paint Technician is a vital part of the production team. It is their job to lead paint production on the jobsite to ensure a quality finished product that is executed in a timely and efficient manner.
