Regular handyman, landscaper needed part time

We are looking for a regular handyman for house tasks: - landscaping, weeding, planting, trimming trees - fertilizing (using our materials) - pest control (using our materials) - cleaning the house exterior, garage, exterior furniture, blowing - pressure washing - painting and touch-ups. - cleaning windows. - washing and vacuuming car - installing items around the house, such as hanging TV, furniture assembly - certain indoor cleaning If skilled in these areas: - installing built-ins. - creating raised garden beds and maintenance - pool care, if knowledgeable, is a plus - other miscellaneous tasks We would like someone to come for 4-8 hours per week.
