Using stretches and poses for the throat, shoulder, mouth, and jaw, this helps activate the circle of energy known as the Throat Chakra. When this energy circle is clear and activated, we are confident to proudly speak our mind and live our truth. Anyone who works at a desk, computer, in aesthetics and/or physical labor that involves the upper body can benefit from this class. Beware: You may find yourself easily speaking up, drawing lines and setting boundaries as the result ;)
