Drummer with small kit and bass rig looking for monthly room. Will gladly share a space. I'm older, reliable, can afford rent, always prompt with payment, don't smoke, do drugs or anything like that. I don't even have a band. I just want a place I can escape to and just exersize on the kit and play my bass loud. Thanks!
