A space for real talk, real support, and real solutions. CoolxDad has partnered with John Marshall, Founder at Humessence to host a monthly mindful wellness workshop. The Uplift workshop was created to equip more fathers with mental resiliency skills that can open many doors, opportunities, and experiences that would otherwise not be available to them. CoolxDad - our mission is to aid and uplift all men of color striving to build a better world for their children and serve the communities in which they live.
