Kangoo Discovery Kids After School Fitness Classes using kangoo jumps rebound boots for activities and fun workouts. We provide Kangoo Discovery Program for youth using Kangoo Jumps worlds safest rebounding boots. These activities promote confidence, enhanced fitness performance, learning and fun. The boots are safe aka mini mobile trampolines. Kangoo Discovery is designed specifically for children age 6 and up. Classes build coordination, enhance health and other fitness benefits. The use of Kangoo Jumps provides a safe way to incorporate aerobic programs, fun games, sport activities and a learning curriculum. In April of 2015 I became a Skillsology® Certified Wellness Coach and currently Wellcoaches® Health and Wellness trainee Coach because it became clear to me that success in wellness not only relies on knowing what to do, but how to make it happen in our ongoing, busy lives.
