If you have any of these symptoms you will not be permitted to enter the building. All entrants must wear a face covering and sanitize hands prior to entry and will be checked for temperature. According to the CDC, possible COVID-19 symptoms include: Fever of 100.4 or greater, Chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhea. By registering you must adhere to all established protocols listed above. Quinn Chapel AME Church is the oldest black congregation in the city of Chicago.
