We are looking for a few Custodian or Janitor workers that can work daytime hours helping with cleaning of vacation rentals. The goal is to keep our homes in a clean and orderly manner. Must be available during the hours of 10am-4:00pm.

Responsibilities
Clean and make beds (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments as needed
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Cooperate with the rest of the staff (communication is a must)
Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
Proven working experience as a janitor
Ability to handle tasks in the home
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
Integrity and ability to work independently
High school degree
