Then first you will be guided safely at your pace through an inspirational yoga meditation by Adrienne of In-Flight yoga next flow with Mrya of RVPP Solutions’ beat and learn to freestyle in her diaspora twerk session lastly enjoy riotous hosting jewelry making and surprise stages with Donta of Heavenly Hands. Now step into your new year with peace and joy armed for battle with anxiety depression and the likes! There will be time at the end of each sessions to get massage mimosas and shop vendors.
