Learn how to make a stunning cheeseboard for the holidays! Join Courtney Bowman from Raleigh Cheesy as she teaches you how to make a charcuterie board perfect for entertaining during the holidays. You'll be provided with a detailed teaching about how to shop for cheeseboard ingredeitns, all materials for creating a beautiful 2 person cheeseboard, step by step instructions for creating that cheeseboard, and a handout to take home to help you create your own cheeseboards after you leave. You will also have the option of adding on two glasses of wine to your ticket coutesy of The Willard Rooftop Lounge. The class will take place at The Willard Rooftop Lounge atop the new AC Hotel in the Glenwood South district. The Willard pairs finely crafted cocktails and Mediterranean-inspired bites with spectacular views of downtown Raleigh. We’ll meet in their indoor lounge which features modern yet comfortable furniture, a spacious island for demonstrations, and panoramic views of the skyline.
